QUESTION: Hi, I have a 1916 paper money Series B  Un Franc, folded once I was just wondering of it's value.

Hi Linda, this is emergency money (notgeld) issued by cities and towns. They are generally worth about $1 depending on type, amount of wear and collector demand. Montmedy was a French city on the Meuse River and is also fairly common.
You might try Ebay.com for similar pieces for comparison.
