Coin and Paper Money Collecting/bicentennial quarter

Question
I have a 1976 bicentennial quarter that is miss-struck, it is off set a little bit on one side (the tails side with the drummer).  The coin is is in an okay condition, slight discoloration on the heads side and a small flat spot on one side.  I was wondering how much it was worth

I also have a 1943 silver penny, and was wondering how much it' s worth, it has some oxidation on the heads side but other than that it's in great condition

Answer
Dylan,

Sounds like your quarter was struck out of its collar.  This would make it offset just a little bit.  Collector interest in this type of error is limited.  Value at a buck or two.

There were over a billion of the steel pennies minted in 1943.  In circulated condition, value at about 10 cents.
