Question
I Have A 1999 Delaware State Quarter and on back has circle printed around the whole horse i think its a misprint havent seen another like it been tryin to figure out the value
The mark is most likely caused by either the counting machine or the machine that wraps the individual rolls.
It is not a mint error.
