Hi Tran,
This is a Thailand 1 baht coin. It is a modern coin that is still spendable in Thailand and the exchange rate is currently about 3 cents US for 1 Thai baht.
They do not have a collectible value yet, because they are fairly recent coins and were made in the tens of millions of coins each year.
