Question
My dad was in World War II and the Korean War.  I have extremely small coins, a 1943 Australia penny, a  republic of china ten cash coin, VN CVARTO DE BALBOA coin (can't find the year), wilhelmina koningin der nederlanden
Dutch 10 cents coin, a 1941 German coin with German seal on it, but can't make out anything else as it's too small, coins with scallops on it, a Ten centavos Filipinas on back - United States of American 1944 and about 20 more, I haven't had a chance to find out what they are.  But from what I've type in this section, can you tell me if any of these are of value  Thank you Barbara T

Answer
You have a small collection of "bring back" coins. Usually there is paper money as well. We had ten million men overseas during the Second War, and they all brought back some local coins. Mostly they tend to be common stuff, but you never really know until a professional coin dealer looks at them.
