Question
I have a John f kennedy $10 silver coin dated 2000 on the back "republic of liberia" and 1917-1963 on front..it has a ship on the back a palm tree along with a bird in the air. It also has a certificate of authenticity with a B 01449 #. Can you please tell me if this coin has any value?

Answer
This was probably struck by the Franklin Mint.  If it is silver, the certificate would note that and what the weight and purity is.  Such coins are only worth a small premium over silver.  So, check the certificate to see if it is silver, what the pure silver weight is, and calculate the value based on $28 silver spot.  That should give you a good idea of the value.
