Question
I have come across more than a dozen individual Confederate notes, they are 5's, 10's and 20's.  Every note is dated 1864 which by limited research seems to be the last year they were released.  They are also in pretty great shape.  I wanted to know if A)Is there any reason to believe these are not real? B) What are these possibly worth?

Answer
Replica bills are sold at almost every US historical site, including Washington DC.  The copies are usually on parchment paper and are quite good looking.

Yours may be genuine, but they are not worth a lot of money, maybe $20- $25 per note.

Check ebay for similar notes to see what genuine ones look like.
