Question
I have just got a 1911-D $2.50 quarter eagle back from PCGS. They have graded it as AU58 w/strong D. I'm wondering what is the value of the coin and what would be a good way to sell it?

Thanks,
Mike

Answer
Hi Mike,

You can get a good idea of the current value by checking eBay.  It will certainly tell you what others are willing to pay for the coin.  Dealers, depending upon inventory and collector demand, may offer less knowing that they will have to inventory it and wait for a buyer.
You can also check PCGS.com for current retail prices.
