Dear Sir,
         I recently found this  Penny.It has a Strange Back Error.I found it with a Cross like cut through it as well.It weight 1.9 Grams as is.Do you think it holds any value?The Memorial building is tilted sideways, yet the rest of the coin is centered with ifself! Need your Help and Advise...God Bless!

Hi Beck,

This occurred after it left the mint.  As a result of the cut through cross, the weight is wrongs,  complete pennies weigh 3.1 grams.  Maybe it was done as a fundraiser for some Christian organization?
I have seen numerous different pieces that were altered for a promotion or fundraiser.  They are fun to collect although they have little value.
