Coin and Paper Money Collecting/odd quarter

Question
I recently came across a 1999 Georgia state quarter that has a couple of flaws. It appears that the Washington head was stamped in two separate places by mistake, because of this accidental stamping it has also caused some flaws in the words "liberty" and " united". I was wondering if you had ran across this before and how something like this may affect the value of the coin. I appreciate any information you may have on the subject.

Answer
Hi Nathan,

We have to be more specific.  You say that Washington is double stamped.  How far apart are the images?  This is important because there is a difference between double struck, double die and die shifting.

As for "LIBERTY" and "UNITED", what are the flaws?  Are the letters doubled?
