Question
We have just inherited a ton of coins from pennies with a wreath, mercury dimes,some dimes older than 1964, buffalo nickels, nickels dated in the 1960's, JFK coins, old half dollars from 1944,43, 41 and Benjamin Franklin half dollars, also Eisenhower dollars, quarters from 1964 and older, we have many-is there any value to these coins and what is the best way to sell them-We live in Orange County Ca-also we have many two dollar bills.

The coins you've described all sound like the more common stuff -- basically just silver value or spendable.

Seperate out the oldest date stuff, and take them along with a sampling of the rest of the stuff, to a local coin show and get a couple of appraisals from dealers at the show.  Find a dealer you feel comfortable with -- that's offering a fair price -- and sell the stuff to them.
