Question
How can it be Possible? Did I strike it RICH? I have heard many
Wheat Pennys dropping on my Marble floor and they all have a melodic sound. This ONE is totally DEAD even DEADER than a Zinc
Penny? Any Advise..history is helpfull..buyers? God Bless!

Answer
Hi Mirza,

Is it possible that the coin was plated?  That would certainly change the sound.
Check the weight of the coin, it should weigh 3.11 grams

I wouldn't get excited, but it is possible that the coin was struck on a foreign coin blank. The coin needs to be weighed and inspected.
