Coin and Paper Money Collecting/1963 faded ink dollar

i saw the artical about the faded back on that dollar. i have one and there are parts that are a little darker green then the rest of the yellow ink. the front is dark the paper on the back is the same tint as the front how do you come to the conclusion that it was bleached if the front isnt affected and its not consistantly yellow. mine is also 1963 kinda a wierd dont you think?

Black ink (front) is not affected by the bleach. Green (back) ink is. As far as why your dollar has parts of the back green, and other parts yellow, it was likely crumbled or creased when it when through the wash cycle in a pants pocket. This is of course a guess, because you did not state the condition of your bill, or provide a photo. If the bill is brand new and not creased or folded, we'd have to come up with another explanation.
