Question
I have a 1993 dime that looks like a regular dime but the edge looks like a penny. Is this worth anything

It sounds like your coin has been altered by applying pressure to the edge or by tapping repeatedly, causing the edge reeding to become flattened and exposing more of the copper core.
I have been asked about coins like this before.
Considered altered, it has no collector value.
