Question
On obverse side Lincoln is alittle off center, but on reverse side there is a cut distorting E Pluribus Unum that was clearly clad over that way. is there presidence for this or is it something new, and is there any value? thank you for your response.

Answer
Hi Craig,

This is a minor error that happens all the time.  I wish I could tell you that it is worth a lot of money, but it isn't.  You can try checking for a similar coin on eBay but to my knowledge there is no additional value associated.
