Question
Dear Friend,Sir.I read a whole lot about this Penny online before asking this Question. The reason for writing about this Penny is that the FBI had Destroyed a lot of Pennys (Real, and the FAKES,and Perhaps any other varieties?)Only a few were returned with Letters to rightfull owners. As,you know it made the NEWS.

I also read about Machine/Strike Doubling on this Penny.

Here is what I can see under just 3X.

1.Clear Doubling on DATE (similar to the Original DDO).
2.Clear Curls on Mint Mark S.
3.(Extreemly CLEAR) E on E,the second E virtually On Top the   E.Two Seperate E's .
4.The Letter R exhibits very similar Properites as well.R n R on Top of Each other (unlike a Machine Doubling)
5.Letter L I T Y not showing Doubling under 3X but they might under more Magnification.
6.The Letter B showing some Fattnes.
The Top Letter In God We Trust (Don't show Doubling under 3X but the W in WE is showing line under the W (very Thin) hard to see under 3X.Looks like a W right on Top of W.

The Back of the coin is seems to be perhaps DDR,hard to see under 3X but E-Plubrus Unum seem way to THICK and the Letters United States of America,Heavy.I tried to compare with other DDR's of its Era.FG is way to THICK.Linclons HEAD inside the Memorial Building Looks like (Metal BIG-ROUND-BLOB and SHINNING! I did check on the inside and outside Edges of the Penny to ensure its REAL US-MINT.

I read CONECA reports of 1969s are there are Only (3) and those are all MS-RED or Proof Pennies. No mention of any type of Doubling like this. And,that why I am Asking the Question?I also read Reports by PGCS Article about 1969s that there may be possibly other varieties existing.I guess my Questin is I don't see any Pictures online of any other varieties...were they all Melted Down with the rest?

Is there any LINK's that you may know that have (other then)Ken Potters site?
Is there a LINK to pictures of other similar 1969s found with Pictures?
Have you heard of folks selling similar 1969s on Ebay or other sites?
I'd Appreciate any help and Gudiance you can give,to help place this Relic to its Rightfull Exaltation it deserves....God Bless America.Amen!

Beck,
Kissimmee

PS: Pictures,Yes...I working on getting some real nice closeups under Heavy Magnification for this 1969s Penny.

Answer
Beck,

While you definately do not have the valuable DDO #1, it sounds like you may have a DDO #2

I receive regular updates to all the current price guides -- both wholesale & retail -- to provide accurate values. So, with a good description or pictures, I should be able to identify and value any U.S. coin you have.
