Question
On the back of this bill, in the lower right corner, there is a small airplane printed left of the numeral 20.  I have never seen another like it.  What is the reason for this?

Answer
These stamps are put on after the note leaves the BEP.  Notes are stamped by money changers
and money clearing houses to indicate the bills have been checked for authenticity and are deemed valid.  This is not something that is common in the states but in parts of the world where counterfeiting is a problem this is a mechanism people employ to protect their interests.
