Question
I have had a bag of 1979 pennies from the Denver mint for about 30 years they have never been unsewn from the mint hope there is really pennies in there lol. is there any value to leaving them unopened tks Phil
Hi Phil,
There is a small premium on the unopened bag. I assume this is a $50 face value bag?
I would say, hold onto them for a few years. You may get $60 for the bag now but delivering it somewhere would be costly.
Leave them to the kids.
