Question
Five
Five
I recently was given a 1950 Five dollar bill, and I was curious about how much you would think the value would be. It has a star at the end of the serial number, and that is all I know that would make this more valuable than others. I am sending a picture.

Answer
Hi Leah,

Generally a note from 1950 would have to be uncirculated to have any real value but your note might be worth something to someone since it's on San Francisco... a better district.  I wouldn't surprised me it made more than $25 on eBay

Kind regards,
