Question
what is it worth? and how much is $2.00 bills worth what is the criteria for value

Answer
Hi Ruth,

You have a 1935 Silver certificate with an S on it... these were experimental notes that were used to test different compositions of paper.  The value depends on condition.  If you send me images through my web site below I will be  happy to quote them.

As for $2.00 bills...  anything from 1976 and new is probably only worth face value.  Anything from 1953 and 1963 is worth 3 to 4.00 and older notes need to be considered individually.

Kind regards,
