Coin and Paper Money Collecting/lucite

i would like to know if coins in lucite blocks are worth more or less than coins in plastic holders..thank you

Patrick, the coins in lucite blocks are usually common coins and have no great numismatic value.  They might have value as silver, but in that case they have the same value in the block or out.  Sometimes someone might pay a bit more for coins in the lucite block as a novelty item they would display.  You may find come lucite blocks with coins in them for sale on eBay.  Go to and do a search for something like "coin lucite block."  Jim Lawniczak
