Coin and Paper Money Collecting/coin

Hello ,i have a 1776 contenital silver dollar in very good condition whatd it worth.thank you have a good day

Hi Rick,

There are thousands of replicas of this coin out there and almost none of the real coins.  Without seeing it, I have to believe you have one of the replicas -- worth maybe a couple dollars.

A real one would be worth thousands, but you would have to pay to get it certified to get that kind of money for it.

I would suggest you visit the upcoming FUN show in Orlando, bring the coin, and have it examined first hand.  Information about the show can be found on the FUN website here :

If you want to meet me, look for the "Latter Investments" table in the directory.

See you there!

My strong familiarity with all U.S. Mint coins, extensive reference library, and close relationships with many other dealers allows me to identify just about any coin made in the USA. I receive regular updates to all the current price guides -- both wholesale & retail -- to provide accurate values. So, with a good description or pictures, I should be able to identify and value any U.S. coin you have.

I've been a coin dealer since the 1980's and a coin collector since the 1960's. I specialize in U.S. Silver Coins and have an active online website -- The Working Man's Rare Coins -- -- offering information and inventory in U.S. coins.
