QUESTION: Not sure that is right 5000 grains sterling for 16.00

Answer
Well, Let's see.

Silver Spot is $17.52.    Sterling is .925 pure  That means 1 troy ounce of sterling silver is worth $16.20

There are 480 grains in 1 troy ounce.  So it's a hair over 1 ounce

I see, what I did, I dropped a zero off of the 5,000

The full correct melt is $162

Sorry about that.
