Question
What is the value of a one dollar bill with blue serial numbers and seal, from the year 1935 and 1954?

Answer
Hi Frances,

99.99% of the time generic $1.00 notes from 1935 and 1957 are worth about 1.50 to 2.00 in circulated condition.  If your notes are uncirculated they can be worth slightly higher but not much.  If your notes have a yellow or brown seal they will be worth more.  If so, send me a picture and I will evaluate them for you.

Kind regards,

Greg Davis
