The front it says United Staes of America Columbian Half Dollar. The back it has  World's Columbian Exposition Chicago 1893. In the middle of the coin it has a boat and it has like two worlds with the number of 1492. It is a color silver.
Third Coin:

Answer
Brenda, I do not know what the first piece is.  It sounds like it could be a religious piece.  I have never heard of it and don't know what value it might have to whom.

The second piece is a commemorative U.S. half dollar (assuming it is not a copy or counterfeit) made to commemorate the exposition in Chicago in 1893 that celebrated the 500 year anniversary of Columbus discovering America.  Value is very dependant on condition (there is nothing you can do to improve condition, so please don't try, you'll only reduce value).  Go to www.ebay.com and do a search for 1893 half dollar and perhaps other variations and you should find quite a few for sale and can compare yours with the picture. As this piece is made of silver, it should have at least a little value and is probably the most valuable of the pieces.

The third piece sounds like a German pfennig (penny) from 1940.  There were lots of those made.  They were made of zinc (current composition of the U.S. cent) and had seven different mint marks but none of them is particularly valuable, even if in excellent condition.  You might want to try a search on eBay to see if any of those are selling.  Jim Lawniczak
