Question
I have a 1995 5 Dollar Bill with only a zero printed as the serial number and the right side seal completely missing. Is there additional value to this bill? It has never been folded and is in fine condition.

Originial message answered below..........
Hello Rob,

From your description, except for where you state "zero printed as the serial number". The note sounds like it is an error missing the whole third printing or "over print".
On current US notes this includes the Green Treasury Seal and Serial Numbers, as well as the Black federal reserve District seal and Federal Reverse  designation numbers in the four corners of the notes face.
These usually sell from $10 to $20 dollars retail depending on the particular defect and if it is authentic. If all the over-print is missing and the note has crispness it is more valuable.
It would have to be seen by a dealer. I can help you find a dealer in your area if you write me back.
