Coin and Paper Money Collecting/Barber Quarters

Question
Hello Mr. Keifer,

I have inherited about 3,000 Barber quarters. None of them are worth anything but the silver they are made from. I live in the Texas Panhandle and would like to know the nearest place to sell them and the worth of them. They are taking up space and too heavy to keep moving around.
Thanks for your time and effort.

Sincerely,
Martha

Answer
Hi martha,

Barber Quarters from the early 1900's are worth more than silver value even if they are circulated.  I suggest you search here:  http://www.money.org/ana_custom/dealer_search/dealer_search.cfm

For a dealer near you where he can see them in person and make an offer.
