Question
I have a Buffalo Nickel with the Indian head on front and a buffalo on back. There is no date on the nickel, on the back of the nickel five cents is written under the buffalo and it looks like a line above the words five cents. Could there be any value to the coin?

Answer
Hello Rashaana,

These no date Nickels have very little value. The date on the raised portion of the coin is the first area to wear.

You can get from 25 cents to $1 for it if the other features are still sharp with some detail.
