Question
I have been purchasing U.S. Uncirculated coin mint sets from the postal commemerative society  The sets are by the year and each year contains the penny, nickel, dime, quarter and half dollar from each mint for that year. The sets also have 2 stamps from that year. Each set costs me $45. Am I making a mistake in dealing with the postal commemerative society?

Answer
Hi Dale,

In one word, "YES".

The stamps are worthless.  Go you USMINT.com and order PROOF Sets for half the price.

I get angry with companies that take advantage of people who just don't know any better.

If you want, buy the proof set and go to the post office and buy some stamps.  You still save tons of $
