Coin and Paper Money Collecting/Copper Quarter

Question
I have a 1967 quarter that looks copper.  It is very thin compared to others.  Has the silver just worn off and is it worth anything?

Thanks,
Scot

Answer
Hi Scott,
Since the coins dated 1965 and later are actaully a sandwich of copper and nickel with copper being the center, I sounds to me like the coin delaminated.  I have handles a few and I seem to remember that they traded for under $25.  But you can check eBay for current prices.
