Coin and Paper Money Collecting/Double Struck 1983 Penny

Question
I have a 1983 Lincoln penny that on the reverse side has 2 Lincoln Memorials struck on it. One seems to be indented and the other ( at pprox. a 45 degree angle from the first is raised. The standard stamping is the on that is indented and the 2n offset stamp is the raise one.
On the front side on Lincoln's head there is a circular blemish that is "rough" as if the rough disc was being seen right where the dbl is stamped on the back. What would be a general value for this coin, I am in no means an expert in grading but it seems to be in fair to good condition.
Thank you for any info you might be able to share.

Answer
Hello Rick,

This is not a mint error and has no added value associated with it (although it may have happened at the mint).
If the design is incuse (indented) instead of raised it is another coin of the same type was pressed or hammered against it. This would cause stress to the other side of the coin as you see.
I may get up to a dollar as a novelty. But many double image coins are around.

If there any more information you require on this question just ask.

Thank You and Good Luck
