I HAVE A 1999 GEORGIA QUARTER, ENCASED, WITH A PICTURE OF  HANK AARON EMBOSSED ON FRONT . THIS WAS SENT TO ME FROM A CONTEST PROMOTION I WON. COULD IT HAVE ANY VALUE OTHER THAN A QUARTER?

Hello, James, probably not.  There are tons of Hank Aaron memorabilia available and I don't see this as having a great following.  I went to www.ebay.com and did a search for Hank Aaron Georgia quarter and someone was selling 4 of what I think you are talking about, in separate auctions, with starting price of 99 cents and so far no bidders.  Try going to www.google.com and doing a similar search and you'll probably come across others, Jim Lawniczak
