Question
I have an "america's Changing washington quarter" encased set. It has A Bicentennial quarter, a 1998 washington quarter, a 1999 pennsylvania, and has a spot labeled for a 1999 delaware quarter, but in this spot is another 1999 pennsylvania quarter, it is a sealed from the morgan mint company. I am trying to find out possible values for this set. I have been unsuccesful finding any answer, if you could please point me in the right direction that would be awesome. I thank you in advance for your time.

Answer
The Morgan Mint has a website (www.morganmint.com).  They seem to sell quite a lot of novelty quarter items.  I didn't see your specific set, probably it was put out about 7 years or so ago.  Also, if you go to www.ebay.com and do a search for Morgen Mint quarters, three items selling come up, again none of them your set.  I suggest you do that, see what's selling and get a feel for the price, and if you go back to eBay on an occasional basis, my guess is that eventually someone will try to sell your Changing Washington quarter set.  Jim Lawniczak
