Coin and Paper Money Collecting/Error or Missprint Penny

Question
I have a 2006 penny that does not have the place of print stamped on it (The P or D).  Would like to know if this is a error or missprint and if it is worth any money.

Please email me at the above email address.

Answer
Hi Eric,

The P or D is supposed to be right under the date.  If it is not visible, the error may be cause by a grease filled die.
If it is truly missing the mintmark, I would be a buyer at $100 each for any and all specimens.
