Question
I have a Gold Colored 1766-1976 Washington Quarter.  Does it have value beyond .25?

Answer
Assuming this is one of the Bicentennial quarters issued in 1976, then the gold coloring has to be caused either by being gold plated, or by environmental contaminants making the surface metal tarnish.

In either case it has no added collector value.
