Question
I have found a coin labeled HELVETIA 1955 with a cross on one side & a 1 & sheath of wheat on the other? What do you estimate this to be worth?

Answer
Hello Ron,

I am not an expert on foreign coins but I can tell you what I know.

This is s Swiss coin Helvetia is the equivalent of Lady Liberty in the US. And the Swiss Cross is their national symbol.

Is your coin copper colored?  If so it sounds like the equivalent of the US Cent coin. a one Rappen bronze coin, they can be bought for less than $2 in circulated grades.

Sorry I could not be of more help but I know another expert in this category at this site who can answer you.
