Question
Hi Jim:

I have a $5 bill that has a white creates in the middle of it.  I believe the original sheet of paper at the mint printshop was folded by mistake before it was printed. I am wondering if it worth more that its value?  Thank you.

Answer
Hello, Joe, thanks for the question, but I am really not an expert in paper money.  If this is a true printing error, I would think it would have some value but I really don't know.  Try going to www.ebay.com and seeing if anyone is selling something like this piece.  Otherwise, try taking it to a coin/ paper money show or to a coin dealer.  Sorry I couldn't help more, Jim Lawniczak
