THE WEIGHT OF THE QUARTER IS 5.7 GRAMS
Dear Scott. The coin weight is correct, therefore the coins
metal composition is correct. The "sandwhiched" metal is there, but for some reason you can not see it. If this answer doen't do it for you, call Fred Weinberg, the Worlds foremost expert on United States error coins at 818 986-3733 and tell him Neil Berman sent you. That's the best I can do. Regards.
