I read were you gave information on this item I dug one up on our property when we were tearing down a house it took me months to clean it but the date on mine states Feb22 then under that is date 1862 also on back It has the confederate States of America around the ring and on bottom HALF DOL     and no more of the wording the rest is all in the exact way you stated it . I am in Virginia closest to Lynchburg were could I have it checked. And is there any pictures on here of front as well as back with date ?

I am not sure what your piece is from the description you gave. There are many fakes made of the confederate half dollar.
