I've got one similar, but different.
On one side, on the outside, round it, it says BUNDESREPUBLIK DEUTSCHLAND PFENNIG, and a large 50 in the middle.
And on the other side, it has a lady, on her knees, pulling out a 5 leaf plant. And it has a 1950 at the bottom.
