I also won this very coin in the mid 1980s.  I have been trying to find out info on this coin as well.  I can't remember the sweepstakes I had entered because at that time I was a "sweepstaker".  I would love to find out more also.

the token i believe you are refering to is a promotional from dolly madison the contest was in the real early 80s and was distributed by interstate brands, the prizer were olympic medals.

i have the bronze i do know where this came from because my father worked for interstate brands and won this in a box of cakes.... i can't remember if it was a scatch off or just a prize that you sent for, but i seem to remember a white card with stickers on it with all the peanuts gang on them.
