Where can i find the price that the mint charged for proof set and other coins that were issued by the US mint?

You are looking for "Issue Prices". You may want to check the REDBOOK, I think they had that info at one time. I can't tell you of a particular source, other than that, for this info. Maybe do a google search or maybe the Mint has that info on their website.
