Question
I have two $10 bills, both printed on front only. Back is perfectly blank. Series 1985. Serial numbers  #B38885851 I and B38885852 I . Both virtually mint- never handled. What is their value if I want to sell them?

Answer
Gil, I am not an expert on paper money errors.  Here's a web site but this error is not listed:

http://www.usmintquarters.com/currencyerrors.htm

I know that a coins cannot be produced on one side only, but I don't know about a bill.  I tried searching for this o www.ebay.com and got to the category, coins and paper money errors, but there weren't a lot of paper money errors and my searches came up with nothing like yours.  Maybe you will have better luck coming up with searches?

You need to show these to a paper money expert.  Try to find one at a coin shop in your area or a coin show.  Go to www.google.com and do searches for coin shop (and your city) and coin show (and your city) and see what comes up.

In the meantime, don't do anything to affect the mint status of your notes.

Sorry I couldn't help more, Jim Lawniczak
