Question
I have found a dollar bill with missing
Federal Reserve District Seal and the district # next to that is also missing.  I took a counterfeit marker to it and it passed the test.  Just wondering if it could be worth anything a little extra??

Answer
Hi Christina, Collector value of a note depends on date and condition, including amount of wear, any folds, tears or stains as well as collector demand.
Were the seal and number printed on the other side? If so, it is the result of a flipped sheet and may be worth a few hundred dollars. You might try the Error Coins link on this web site: http://coinsite.com/ . You might find similar pieces on Ebay.com for comparison.
