I have a 2006 us mint 50 state silver proof set with a miss stamped colorado quarter sealed in the set what do you think

There is no steadfast price list for error coins, the value is decided by the buyer and/or the historical selling value of actual confirmed sales of the error. (Such as the 1955 double die.)
Can you tell me what kind of error is on the coin?
Let me know how much of the coin is affected and what parts are visible. (can you see the date etc.)
