Coin and Paper Money Collecting/new gold coin dollar

Question
Where does it say , "In God we trust" on the new gold dollar coin?

Urban rumor has it that it is missing.

Answer
Hello Kristin,

This is not the first time the motto has been moved or left off US Coins. Many commemorative coins have had the legends required by law modified or omitted for arts sake.

The word Liberty does not appear on the presidential dollar coin as it does on all other circulating coins. Rather each coin represents this important value using the Statue of Liberty on the reverse"

As well other inscriptions traditionally found on US Coins are moved to the edge making the coins unique.
This is where In God We Trust has been moved. This is more trivia than Urban Legend.
