Question
I was wondering about a nickel that I received in some change it has Jefferson on both sides and it was minted in 2002 and it was minted at the Philadelphia mint

Answer
Hi Brends,
Most likely, what you have is a magician's coin.  These are available at novelty stores for about $7 and guarantees the owner a winning flip.
Hvae fun with it, I have a quarter with 2 heads and get a lot of laughs with it.
