Coin and Paper Money Collecting/overprint error

Question
I received a 1981 US $20 bill with the overprint rightside up on the back.  What is the value of this.

Answer
It sounds to me like the print on the back might be from a previous sheet that was still wet and the ink transferred to you bill.
However, without seeeing it, it's tough to tell.
Take it to a local coin dealer for his opinion, or check eBay for a similar item
