Coin and Paper Money Collecting/penny

Question
I have a penney that is only about 1/3 print on it.  It only has In and Liberty and the very back of Lincoln on the front and on the back it only has United St and only ON and just up to Lincoln sitting in the building.  Everything to the right is missing from a regular penny and this penney on the left is dull and unstamped.  Could you tell me if this is worth anything?
Thanks and have a nice holiday.

Answer
Hello Anna,
From your description, I can't tell if part of the strike is missing or if the coin is struck "off-center"
Off center strikes are somewhat common and trade in the $5-$20 range.  However, if it is a matter where the coin is struck in the center of the blank and details are missing, I would really have to see the coin to make a determination.  Feel free to conatct me again to clarify this.
