Coin and Paper Money Collecting/silver quarters

Question
What is the value of silver quarters at this time and what is the best way to sell them right now?

Answer
Hello Mellissa,
Silver quarters dated 1964 and prior are currently worth about $2.25 each.  Most dealers would be paying about $1.75-$2.00 however, you may be able to get the $2.25 on eBay but you will have to pay the listing and final price fees.  Your best bet would probably be to forego the eBay route and just sell to a dealer.
Before you sell them, check the dates.  The 1932-D and 1932-S are worth substantially more money.  They could be worth $200 each if they are in nice condition.  If you don't know, the mint mark (D or S) is located on the back just below the wreath at 6 o'clock.
Good Luck
